GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF PURCHASE

Prices

All prices are stated in Swedish Kronor (SEK) and include Swedish VAT.
Shipping costs will be added for orders with a product value under SEK 500.

 

Order Confirmation

Once you have placed an order in the online store, an order confirmation will automatically be sent to your email address, confirming that we have received your order.
Please note that some email programs may sort the email as spam, so please check your spam folder if you do not receive a confirmation.

 

Delivery

Normal delivery time within Sweden is approximately 2–3 business days, but some orders may take longer.
We will pack your order and notify you when it has been dispatched.
We reserve the right that items may be temporarily out of stock and will notify you by email in such cases. You can then choose to cancel all or part of your order.
For card payments, the amount is debited at the time of purchase, and the goods are sent when they are back in stock.

Shipping to a pick-up point:
When the package is sent, you will receive a tracking link via email. Once the package has arrived at the agent, you will be notified by SMS from Postnord. For various reasons, the SMS may sometimes not arrive, for example, due to an incorrectly provided mobile number. Therefore, it is important that you keep track of your package. You can pick up your package using the tracking ID in the tracking link.

 

Right of Withdrawal

If for any reason you regret your purchase, you have a 14-day right of return and a 30-day right of exchange from the day you received the item.
The right of withdrawal only applies if the item is in the same condition as when you received it.
You may not use the item, for example, break the seal on a bottle, but you may carefully examine it.

 

Returns

Always contact us at contact@memorablestockholm.se before returning an item.
We do not take responsibility for returns sent without prior agreement or with your own shipping.
Pack the item well so that it is not damaged during transport.
The cost of return shipping is paid by you, the customer.

If you exercise your right of withdrawal, we will refund the amount for the item as soon as possible, but no later than 30 days from the date we received the return.

 

Complaints

If an item is faulty, you have the right to complain about it.
Contact us at contact@memorablestockholm.se, describe the fault, and ask for a complaint form. Please state the batch number, usually a small number on the label.

Please note that complaints only apply to product defects.
Complaints are not accepted because the scent, consistency, or function do not meet personal expectations, unless the product deviates from the normal.
Complaints are also not accepted if you are allergic to an ingredient, as long as the product is not faulty.

If in doubt, it is recommended that you perform a patch test: apply a small amount of the product to the crook of your arm and leave overnight.

 

Payment

We use Shopify Payments, which offers payment by credit and debit card. For Swedish customers, we also offer Klarna as a payment option.

Card payment:
You can pay with Visa or Mastercard. The amount is reserved at the time of purchase.
Card payment via MEMORABLE stockholm is completely secure – all data is transferred via an encrypted (SSL) connection to Shopify Payments' PCI-DSS certified payment service.
Your card details are not handled or saved by us.
We use the latest security technology for online card payments – 3D Secure, which ensures that you as the cardholder are verified at the time of purchase.

 

Free shipping over SEK 500

Free shipping applies to orders over SEK 500.

 

Ordering in the webshop

When you shop, you enter your address and mobile number at the checkout.
You can choose to shop as a guest or create a customer account.
If you want to save your order history, you can create an account or log in under "My account".
Login is password-free with a six-digit code sent to your email address.

 

Product-specific additions

Allergic reactions: Always check the ingredient list before use. If you have a known allergy to any ingredient – do not use the product. Always perform a patch test before first use.
Storage: Store products in a cool, dry place, out of reach of children. Avoid direct sunlight.
Shelf life: Use the product within 6 months of opening.
